Velog Terms of Service

Read the terms of service for the Velog app.

1. About the Service

Velog (the “Service”) lets you track cycling activities and the lifecycle of your equipment. These Terms govern use of the Service at velog.cc. By creating an account or logging in, you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service if you are at least 16 years old (or have reached the local age of digital consent) and have full legal capacity. You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended or blocked your account.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may require additional steps to protect the Service.

4. Integrations (Strava; Garmin when enabled)

You can connect third-party accounts (such as Strava and Garmin) to import activity data. We access this data only after you authorize the OAuth connection and only to the extent needed to provide the Service. You can revoke access at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not attempt to access other users’ data without permission.
  • Do not bypass security measures, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service at scale.
  • Do not publish unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights.

6. Your Content and License

You retain the rights to the content you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Plans, Fees, and Taxes

The Service is currently free of charge. We may introduce paid features or plans in the future after informing users in advance and presenting the applicable terms.

8. Duration and Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account in the settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. After termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention rules (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitations of Liability

These limitations do not exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Velog against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Service.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms. We will notify you in advance of material changes, which will take effect prospectively. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts in Warsaw have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
